Alexandria Brant, originally from Topeka, Kansas, began dancing at Barbara’s Conservatory of Dance and Ballet Midwest. She spent her summers at Kansas City Ballet, The Rock School for Dance Education, and Ballet Magnificat!. During her second summer at Ballet Magnificat! she was on scholarship and in their Pre-Professional Program. In 2018 Alexandria earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography, with a dual emphasis in Ballet and Modern Dance, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Conservatory of Music and Dance. While at UMKC she worked closely with Paula Weber and David Justin. Alexandria began her professional career with Ballet Hartford as a Company Artist. She has performed choreography by George Balanchine, Silas Farley, Michelle Thompson Ulerich, Stephen Pier, Peter Anastos, and Kirven Douthit-Boyd. She is very excited to start something new as a Company Artist, Co-founder, and Treasurer of New England Ballet Collective.
